Wellness Week is an annual tradition at Ravenswood, where we encourage and support students and families int taking good care of their whole selves.
Here are this year’s Wellness Week activities:
- Mindful Monday: Students will be guided on ways to take a moment to recenter and be mindful.
- Tai Chi Tuesday: 8:20 – 8:40am Parents are invited to participate in 20 minutes of Tai Chi led by the Tai Chi Society .
- Wellness Wednesday: Students will have the opportunity to participate in special activities during recess to help stay active and have fun.
- Thankful Thursday: We are so grateful to everyone for participating in the Walk-a-thon. Come join FORS in making posters to encourage all of our student walkers!
